Our Mushroom Farm

Our mushroom farm is custom-built, specifically designed to produce high-quality mushrooms. Designed with process flow in mind, the lab leads into the incubation and preparation space, which leads into the grow room.  The farm also has a walk-in cold storage room on-site.  We facilitate mycelial growth from agar to grain to hardwood to mushroom fruiting bodies, and we employ sterile techniques throughout the process.
